I reached out about getting spare parts for a Perrin & Rowe tap that's been around for over two decades, and it just started showing a small, fixable issue. Brigid has been amazing in helping me figure out the problem correctly; she's been super quick, on the ball, and really clear in her explanations. I'm planning to buy the part and am looking forward to using the tap for many more years. It's obviously a top-notch product. Unfortunately, service and quality like this seem pretty rare these days. Thankfully, we still have companies like Perrin & Rowe doing their thing in the UK.

I can't seem to find out from Perrin and Rowe if my faucet from your company is supposed to match the picture I emailed. The seller of the tap mentioned that it's common for the faucet to have some dirt and scratches. Why can't you just let me know?

I'm keen on getting British goods. I made a full payment and placed an order back in August 2022 with one of your suppliers, but the kitchen taps still haven't been made or delivered. Is this kind of service okay?

I've chatted and emailed Maddy from customer service a few times about getting spare parts for my Perrin & Rowe kitchen faucet, which I bought over a decade ago. The service has been fantastic—super knowledgeable and really friendly. I definitely recommend this company because they care about their customers long after the sale.

So, I called up and got a super nice lady (Maddy) on the line right away from a UK office. She took care of the new valves I was after in no time flat. Plus, she emailed me instructions on how to swap them out and keep them clean. Honestly, I'm blown away—100%! You don’t come across a company this great these days; it really caught me off guard.

I received top-notch support from Perrin and Rowe. The mixer valve on our 3-in-1 hot tap, which was put in two years back, wasn’t shutting properly, causing a slow drip. When I called Customer Services, a super knowledgeable rep picked up in no time. They suggested sending a replacement valve, which I learned was under the manufacturer’s warranty, and it would be sent out right away. It showed up by courier just 18 hours later, complete with fitting instructions! Honestly, the service and solution were fantastic! Kudos to Perrin and Rowe.

About four years back, we put in some Perrin and Rowe faucets in our new kitchen. Recently, the tap started to feel a bit wobbly, so I reached out to P&R for some spare parts, mainly o-rings, based on what the plumbers suggested. They sent the parts out in just a few days and didn’t even charge me a dime. Talk about great service!

Awesome support. My Phoenician faucet has been fantastic for the last 7 years, but it recently started leaking due to hard water. I reached out to your Customer Service, and Brigid was super helpful, promptly figuring out that I needed a new valve and sending it out, which arrived just two days later via Royal Mail. Installation was a breeze, and now my faucet feels brand new, all for under £24! If I could, I’d give you 6 stars!
